We ship to the following countries Albania, Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom**.

Orders are shipped 2-5 working days following the day the order was placed. 

Please note that orders placed after 13:00 (CET) will be processed from the first following working day. 

Delivery takes 2-12 working days after the shipping confirmation has been sent. If you have any question about your order, contact our customer care support@fueguia.com.

 Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Fueguia.com  ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

- An incorrect delivery address provided and the order is returned to us.

- The customer failed to take delivery.

- The consignee was not reachable for the importation process.
